Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at EKD micro. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, or a replacement.Please see below for more information on our Return Policy.

This Return Policy only applies to products that are listed on the website.



All returns must meet the following conditions in order for this Return Policy to apply.

  • All product returns must be requested within (30) days from the purchase date.
  • All product returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • All product returns must have a proof of purchase.
  • All returned products must be new and unopened, in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

The following products are not eligible for return and may be rejected.

  • Any product that does not show the described reason for return (ie. Reason for return is “product is defective or not working properly” but works properly upon inspection)
  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that shows physical damage.
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
  • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.
  • All products that are made to your specification or clearly personalized
  • All products on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.



Products that are returned for replacement only cannot be returned for a refund and will be replaced with the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

A defective desktop, laptop, or tablet computer that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced by EKD micro’s sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard RMA processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially if the product must be sent to the manufacturer for repair.

Some computer systems will require pre-authorization from the manufacturer technical support in order for an RMA to EKD micro to be authorized.



Products with a warranty card from the manufacturer are covered by manufacturer return and cannot be returned to EKD micro. These products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For information about the manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the terms and conditions for the manufacturer’s warranty or contact the manufacturer.



To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and/or the return label form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or replacement. Please allow at least 10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or replacement. Due to item availability, some repair/replacement returns may be delayed or changed to refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



Please note, we cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in shipment. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You may use the original packaging that your purchased product came with as long as it is in-tact. We strongly recommend that you secure and use the original packaging used on the item, and insure and use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, the total cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping fees.



Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% – 30% of the purchase price and return shipping fees. EKD micro may assess the restocking fee against the customer’s account or deduct the fee from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy. EKD micro reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.

For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period. EKD micro does NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping labels for returns of defective products, or if you received the wrong product, the product did not match what was shown on the Site, or we made some other shipping error, provided the item is returned within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy. For returns of unopened items that are returned in the original condition as shipped within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, EKD micro does NOT charge for restocking fees, but customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the Site, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by EKD micro will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.
